Remove the trim around the heater controls. This can usually be done by using a small pry tool to gently pry the trim away from the dashboard.
Once the trim is removed, you will see the heater control panel. The light bulb is located in the center of the panel.
Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screw that holds the light bulb in place.
Once the screw is removed, you can remove the light bulb from the socket.
Replace the light bulb with a new one. Make sure that the new light bulb is the same size and wattage as the old one.
Replace the screw and the trim, and you're done!
