1. Open the fuse panel located inside the vehicle, usually under the dashboard on the driver's side.
2. Refer to the fuse box diagram provided in the owner's manual or on the inside of the fuse box cover to locate the F8 and F16 fuses.
3. F8 is a 15-amp fuse for the fog lamps, horn, and overhead console. F16 is a 20-amp fuse for the electric cooling fans, radiator fan relay, and A/C condenser fan motor.
4. If the fuse has blown, use a fuse puller or needle-nose pliers to remove the blown fuse. Be careful not to touch the metal contacts of the fuse box with your fingers.
5. Replace the blown fuse with a new fuse of the same amperage rating. Make sure the new fuse is firmly seated in the fuse box.
6. Close the fuse panel and test the circuit to make sure the fuse is working properly.
