1. Park your Honda Foreman on level ground. If the vehicle is not level, fuel could leak out when opened due to incorrect angle on the tank.
2. Apply the parking brake and turn off the machine's engine. Allow it to cool down for a few minutes to avoid hot fuel from splashing on your skin should there be a spill.
3. Locate the fuel drain bolt. It is typically positioned near the bottom of the fuel tank, in line with the fuel petcock.
4. Place a suitable fuel container under the fuel drain bolt. Make sure the container is clean and can safely hold the amount of the fuel going to be drained.
5. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the fuel drain bolt. Be cautious as fuel will flow out once disconnected. Drain out all the fuel from the tank.
6. Re-tighten the fuel drain bolt to seal the fuel tank once draining is complete.
