* New radiator hoses
* Radiator coolant
* Funnel
* 5mm Allen key
* 10mm socket and ratchet
* Flat-head screwdriver
* Pliers
* Drain pan
* Gloves
Procedure
1. Once the motorcycle is completely cool, place a drain pan under the motorcycle.
2. Remove the radiator cap.
3. Loosen the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator and allow the coolant to drain into the drain pan.
4. Once the coolant has drained, close the drain plug.
5. Remove the 5mm Allen key bolt on the bottom of the expansion tank.
6. Remove the expansion tank.
7. Remove the 10mm bolts holding the radiator in place.
8. Remove the radiator.
9. Remove the old radiator hoses from the radiator and water pump.
10. Install the new radiator hoses to the radiator and water pump.
11. Reinstall the radiator and radiator cap.
12. Reinstall the expansion tank and 5mm bolt.
13. Add new coolant to the radiator until the coolant level reaches the "FULL" mark on the expansion tank.
14. Start the motorcycle and let it run for a few minutes.
15. Check for leaks and make sure the coolant level is still at the "FULL" mark.
