1) The fuel line may be blocked or kinked. Check the fuel line for any blockages or kinks and clear them if necessary.
2) The fuel filter may be clogged. Remove the fuel filter and clean it or replace it if necessary.
3) The carburetor may be dirty or clogged. Remove the carburetor and clean it with carburetor cleaner.
4) The primer bulb may be faulty. Check the primer bulb for any damage or leaks and replace it if necessary.
5) There may be an air leak in the fuel system causing it to leak all of the fuel back into the tank.
