1. Locate the throttle cable, which is the cable that runs from the throttle lever to the engine.
2. Find the adjustment screw at the carburetor end of the throttle cable.
3. Use a screwdriver to turn the adjustment screw clockwise or counterclockwise to make necessary adjustments depending on how the mini bike is moving as you're giving your bike gas.
