3. Remove the fuel pump cover: Unscrew or unbolt the screws or bolts holding the fuel pump cover in place, and then carefully lift the cover to expose the fuel pump.

7. Remove the fuel pump: Once all the fuel lines, electrical connectors, and retaining rings have been disconnected, you can gently pull the fuel pump out of the fuel tank.
