1. Open the "My Documents" folder on your PC.
2. Navigate to the folder named "Need for Speed Carbon".
3. Open the file named "unlock.dat" using a text editor like Notepad.
4. Find the line that says "Bugatti Veyron=true" and change it to "Bugatti Veyron=false".
5. Save the "unlock.dat" file and close the text editor.
6. Start Need for Speed Carbon and load your saved game.
7. The Bugatti Veyron should now be unlocked and available for purchase in the game.
Note: If the "unlock.dat" file doesn't exist in your Need for Speed Carbon folder, you can create one yourself using a text editor and add the line "Bugatti Veyron=false" to it.
