How do you replace the camshaft position sensor for a 2000 VW GTI VR6?

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the upper timing belt cover.

3. Remove the serpentine belt.

4. Remove the idler pulley.

5. Remove the camshaft sprocket bolt.

6. Remove the camshaft sprocket using a camshaft sprocket remover tool.

7. Remove the camshaft oil seal.

8. Install a new camshaft oil seal.

9. Install a new camshaft sprocket.10. Install the camshaft sprocket bolt and torque to specifications.

11. Install the idler pulley.12. Install the serpentine belt.13. Install the upper timing belt cover.14. Reconnect the battery.
