2. Remove the cap from the hydraulic oil reservoir.
3. Look inside the reservoir for the hydraulic filter. The filter is a cylindrical-shaped object with a metal mesh screen on one end. It is usually located near the bottom of the reservoir.
4. Unscrew the hydraulic filter from the reservoir.
5. Inspect the hydraulic filter for dirt and debris. If the filter is dirty, it should be replaced.
6. Install a new hydraulic filter in the reservoir.
7. Replace the cap on the hydraulic oil reservoir.
