1. Park the truck in a designated fueling area. Make sure the parking brake is on and the engine is off.
2. Open the fuel tank cap. Pull the fuel cap lanyard to open the cap and remove it.
3. Insert the fuel nozzle into the fuel tank. Make sure the nozzle is fully inserted into the tank opening to ensure a proper seal.
4. Turn on the fuel pump. Follow the instructions on the pump display to start the fuel pump.
5. Monitor the fuel level. Watch the fuel gauge on the pump to monitor the fuel level in the tank. Be careful not to overfill the tank, as this can cause fuel to spill out and create a dangerous situation.
6. Stop the fuel pump Once the fuel tank is full, stop the fuel pump. Remove the fuel nozzle from the tank and replace the fuel cap. Make sure the cap is securely tightened to prevent fuel from leaking.
7. Pay for fuel Inside the fuel station, pay for the fuel using cash or a credit card. Keep the receipt for your records.
