1. Park the tractor on level ground and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the hydraulic fluid reservoir. On the Ford 3600, it is a metal tank located on the left side of the tractor, just behind the seat.
3. Remove the filler cap from the reservoir.
4. Check the fluid level. It should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the reservoir dipstick.
5. If the fluid is low, add enough fluid to bring the level up to the "Full" mark. Use only the type of hydraulic fluid specified in the tractor's owner's manual.
6. Replace the filler cap and start the engine.
7. Check for leaks around the hydraulic system. If you see any leaks, have them repaired immediately.
