1. Check the fuel pressure. The fuel pressure should be between 9 and 13 psi. If the fuel pressure is low, the fuel pump or fuel filter may be clogged.
2. Check the fuel injectors. The fuel injectors should be clean and free of debris. If the fuel injectors are clogged, they will need to be replaced.
3. Check the fuel lines. The fuel lines should be free of kinks or leaks. If the fuel lines are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
Ignition System Check
1. Check the spark plugs. The spark plugs should be clean and gapped correctly. If the spark plugs are worn or damaged, they will need to be replaced.
2. Check the spark plug wires. The spark plug wires should be in good condition and properly connected. If the spark plug wires are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
3. Check the distributor cap and rotor. The distributor cap and rotor should be clean and free of cracks. If the distributor cap or rotor are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
If you have replaced all of the modules and the pump, and the engine still does not get fuel or spark, there may be a problem with the wiring. You should have a qualified mechanic check the wiring to find the problem.
