1. Turn off the ignition and wait for all lights to go out.
2. Open the hood and locate the battery.
3. Disconnect the negative terminal of the battery using a wrench.
4. Wait at least 30 seconds.
5. Reconnect the negative terminal of the battery.
6. Close the hood and turn on the ignition.
The computer engine has now been reset.
