This diagnostic trouble code (DTC) indicates a problem with the evaporative emission control (EVAP) system pressure sensor in your 2000 Pontiac Sunfire. The EVAP system prevents fuel vapors from escaping into the atmosphere, and the pressure sensor monitors the pressure in the system.
When the PCM detects that the EVAP system pressure is too low, it will set this code. Possible causes of this code include:
