1. Make sure that the fuel lid is closed.
2. Locate the remote fuel lid opener button inside your vehicle. It is usually located on the dashboard or in the center console.
3. Press and hold the remote fuel lid opener button until you hear a click or the fuel lid opens.
4. Open the fuel lid and refuel your vehicle.
5. Close the fuel lid.
Note: If the remote fuel lid opener button does not work, you can manually open the fuel lid using the emergency fuel lid release lever. The emergency fuel lid release lever is usually located near the fuel filler door.
