The XL Classic model has a seat with a manual 4-way adjustment: back tilt, fore and aft, lumbar support, and seat height. Pull up on the seat slide lever and pull the seat forward. Move the lumbar support lever up or down to adjust accordingly. Next, pull up on the seat height lever and move the seat up or down to find a comfortable position. Recline the seat back by lifting the seat back lever and leaning back.
2. Move your steering wheel.
Locate the steering wheel tilt and telescopic levers on the steering column. The tilt lever is on the left side of the column and the telescopic lever is on the right. Pull up on the tilt lever and move the steering wheel up or down to find a comfortable position. Pull down on the telescopic lever and move the steering wheel towards you or away from you to find a comfortable position.
3. Use a footrest.
If you still need more legroom, you can use a footrest. Footrests are available in a variety of shapes and sizes, so you can find one that fits your needs. Position the footrest so that your legs are comfortable when you are sitting in your seat.
4. Remove the seat.
If necessary, you can remove the seat entirely from the truck. First, locate and press the recline lever on the seat. Lift up on the seat and move the bottom portion forward to unhook it from the floor brackets. Move the seat toward you to unhook it from the rear brackets and remove it from the truck.
