Here is a list of things to be removed to replace the 1.6 liter engine with a 2.0 liter engine:

- Disconnect the battery.

- Remove the air filter box and hose.

- Remove the radiator.

- Remove the air conditioning compressor and condenser.

- Remove the accessory drive belt.

- Remove the power steering pump.

- Remove the exhaust system.

- Remove the fuel line.

- Remove the coolant lines.

- Remove the wiring harness.

- Remove the engine mounts.

- Remove the transmission.

- Remove the engine.

You will need to install the following parts from the 2.0 liter engine:

- Oil pan

- Oil filter

- Water pump

- Thermostat

- Fuel injector

- Intake manifold

- Exhaust manifold

- Starter motor

- Alternator

- A/C compressor

- Power steering pump

- Engine mounts

- Transmission

You will also need to replace the following fluids:

- Engine oil

- Coolant

- Transmission fluid

Once all of the parts are installed, you can reconnect the battery and start the engine.
