1. Camshaft Gear
2. Crankshaft Gear
3. Timing Belt
4. Timing Belt Tensioner
5. Timing Belt Idler Pulley
6. Upper Timing Belt Cover
7. Lower Timing Belt Cover
8. Front Crankshaft Seal
9. Oil Pump
10. Water Pump
Timing Marks:
* The crankshaft gear has a "0" mark that must align with the "0" mark on the oil pump.
* The camshaft gear has a "T" mark that must align with the "T" mark on the upper timing belt cover.
* The timing belt tensioner has a "C" mark that must align with the "C" mark on the lower timing belt cover.
Installation Instructions:
1. Remove the upper and lower timing belt covers.
2. Remove the timing belt tensioner.
3. Remove the timing belt.
4. Install the new timing belt.
5. Install the camshaft gear and crankshaft gear.
6. Install the timing belt tensioner.
7. Install the upper and lower timing belt covers.
Note:
* It is important to use a new timing belt and tensioner when replacing the timing belt.
* Be sure to align the timing marks correctly before installing the timing belt.
* If the timing belt is not installed correctly, it could cause engine damage.
