2. Locate the fuse box, which is usually located near the battery.
3. Open the fuse box cover.
4. Find the fuel pump relay, which is usually labeled as "Fuel Pump" or "FP".
5. Remove the fuel pump relay by gently pulling it out of its socket.
6. Inspect the fuel pump relay for any signs of damage, such as burnt contacts or broken wires.
7. If the fuel pump relay is damaged, replace it with a new one.
8. Reinstall the fuel pump relay by inserting it into its socket.
9. Close the fuse box cover.
10. Close the hood of your Explorer.
