Spark plugs worn out or damaged. Check the spark plugs and replace them if they are worn or damaged.
2. Spark plug wires
Spark plug wires damaged or not making good contact. Check the spark plug wires for damage and replace them if necessary. Make sure the spark plug wires are making good contact with the spark plugs and distributor.
3. Distributor cap
Distributor cap cracked, damaged, or not making good contact. Check the distributor cap and replace it if it is cracked or damaged. Make sure the distributor cap is making good contact with the distributor.
4. Rotor
Rotor worn out or damaged. Check the rotor and replace it if it is worn out or damaged.
5. Ignition coil
Ignition coil faulty. Check the ignition coil and replace it if it is faulty.
6. Electronic control module (ECM)
ECM not sending the correct signals. Check the ECM and replace it if it is not sending the correct signals.
7. Other electrical issues
Other electrical issues, such as a bad battery, loose or corroded connections, or a faulty starter solenoid, can also cause a weak spark. Check all electrical connections and replace any that are loose or corroded.
