* Disconnect air intake hose from throttle body
* Disconnect vacuum lines and electrical connections
* Disconnect fuel injectors
* Remove bolts holding intake manifold to cylinder head
* Remove intake manifold gasket
2. Locate vacuum hose
* The vacuum hose is located on the passenger side of the engine, behind the throttle body
* It is a small rubber hose, approximately 1/4 inch in diameter
* It will be connected to a metal vacuum port on the intake manifold
3. Replace vacuum hose
* Purchase a replacement vacuum hose from a local auto parts store
* Make sure the new hose is the same length and diameter as the original hose
* Remove the old vacuum hose by gently pulling it off of the vacuum port
* Press the new vacuum hose onto the vacuum port
* Make sure the hose is secure before reconnecting the air intake hose and other components
