1. Park your truck on a level surface and allow the engine to cool down.
2. Open the hood of your truck.
3. Locate the radiator drain plug. It is a small, plastic plug located on the bottom of the radiator, on the driver's side.
4. Place a drain pan under the radiator drain plug.
5. Use a wrench to loosen the radiator drain plug. Be careful not to drop the bolt into the drain pan.
6. Allow the radiator to drain completely. This may take a few minutes.
7. Once the radiator is drained, close the radiator drain plug.
8. Refill the radiator with a 50/50 mixture of coolant and water.
9. Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes to circulate the coolant.
10. Check the coolant level and add more if necessary.
