1. Gather necessary tools and materials, including new radiator hoses, a funnel, a Phillips-head screwdriver, a flat-head screwdriver, a pair of pliers, and coolant.
2. Allow the engine to cool down completely.
3. Open the hood of the vehicle and locate the radiator hoses. There are two hoses connected to the radiator, an upper hose, and a lower hose.
4. Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to loosen the hose clamps that secure the radiator hoses to the radiator nipples.
5. Use the flat-head screwdriver to pry off the hose clamps and remove them completely.
6. Gently twist and pull the radiator hoses to remove them from the radiator nipples.
7. If there is any residual coolant in the hoses, allow it to drain into a suitable container.
8. Clean the radiator nipples with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
9. Install the new radiator hoses by sliding them onto the radiator nipples. Make sure that the hoses are properly seated and aligned.
10. Secure the radiator hoses with the new hose clamps. Use the pliers to tighten the hose clamps securely.
11. Once the radiator hoses are replaced, add new coolant to the radiator using a funnel.
12. Check for leaks by running the engine for a few minutes and observing the radiator hoses. Make sure there are no leaks from the hose connections.
13. Close the hood of the vehicle.
