1. Open the door and remove the two screws at the top of the trim panel.
2. Remove the two screws at the bottom of the trim panel.
3. Carefully pry the trim panel off the door, starting at the bottom. The panel is held in place by clips, so be careful not to break them.
4. If the trim panel is stuck on the window winder, you may need to use a pry tool to gently pry it off. Be careful not to damage the window winder.
5. Once the trim panel is removed, you can access the window winder and repair or replace it as needed.
6. To reinstall the trim panel, simply snap it back into place and replace the screws.
