1. Locate the oil pressure sending unit. It is located on the passenger side of the engine, near the top of the oil filter.
2. Disconnect the electrical connector from the oil pressure sending unit.
3. Use a 17mm wrench to loosen the oil pressure sending unit.
4. Remove the oil pressure sending unit from the engine.
5. Apply a thin coat of sealant to the threads of the new oil pressure sending unit.
6. Screw the new oil pressure sending unit into the engine.
7. Tighten the oil pressure sending unit to 18 ft-lb.
8. Connect the electrical connector to the oil pressure sending unit.
