1. Make sure the transmission is in park. If the transmission is not in park, the key will not come out of the ignition.
2. Try jiggling the steering wheel while turning the key. This may help to disengage the lock mechanism and allow you to remove the key.
3. Check for any obstructions in the ignition switch. Something may be blocking the key from turning all the way, such as a piece of dirt or debris. If you see anything blocking the switch, try to remove it with a tweezers or compressed air.
