Antifreeze leaking from a small rubber hose the side of engine?

To fix an antifreeze leak from a small rubber hose on the side of your engine, follow these steps:

1. Gather your materials.

- Replacement rubber hose (make sure it's the same size as the old hose)

- Hose clamps (2)

- Pliers

- Screwdriver

- Funnel

- Antifreeze (make sure it's the right type for your car)

2. Prepare your car.

- Park your car on a level surface.

- Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down completely.

- Open the hood of your car.

3. Locate the leaking hose.

- The leaking hose is likely located near the top of the engine, on the side closest to the radiator.

- It is usually a small, black rubber hose.

4. Remove the old hose.

- Use the pliers to loosen the hose clamps on both ends of the old hose.

- Once the hose clamps are loose, slide them off the hose.

- Pull the old hose off the engine.

5. Install the new hose.

- Slide the new hose onto the engine.

- Make sure the hose is seated properly on the engine.

- Slide the hose clamps onto the new hose and tighten them using the pliers.

6. Add antifreeze.

- Use the funnel to add antifreeze to the radiator.

- Add enough antifreeze to bring the level up to the "full" mark on the radiator.

7. Start the engine and check for leaks.

- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

- Check for leaks around the new hose.

- If there are no leaks, turn off the engine and close the hood of your car.

Your antifreeze leak should now be fixed.
