You can do this by plugging the tool into the OBD-II port, which is located under the dashboard on the driver's side.
Step 2: Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position.
Do not start the engine.
Step 3: Select the "Engine" menu on the diagnostic tool.
Step 4: Scroll down to the "Engine Warning Lamp" option and select it.
Step 5: Press the "Reset" button.
The engine warning lamp will be reset and will turn off the next time you start the engine.
