1. Slow down and pull over to the side of the road. This will allow the other driver to pass and will also give you time to regain your composure.
2. Flash your headlights to signal to the other driver that they should turn off their high beams.
3. Use your horn. If the other driver does not respond to your headlight flash, you can try honking your horn.
4. Turn on your hazard lights and slow down. This will make you more visible to the other driver.
5. If the other driver still does not turn off their high beams, you can call the police. This is especially important if you feel that your safety is being compromised.
