- Engine misfire
- Faulty oxygen sensor
- Faulty fuel injector
- Faulty spark plug or wire

What to Do:
1. Pull over to the side of the road and turn off the engine. If the check engine light is flashing, this means that there is a serious problem with your engine and you should not continue driving.
