2003-05 Neon

The horn fuse is in the fuse box in the engine compartment, under the hood in a black plastic box.

The horn fuse is a 15-amp fuse in the fuse block. It is marked "HORN".

1999-02 Neon

The horn fuse is in the fuse block which is located in the lower kickboard by the driver's left knee.

Pull out the lower panel.

The fuse labeled "HORN" is the horn fuse.

It is a mini fuse protected by 20 amps.
