2. Rotate the crankshaft until the flywheel timing marks align with the pointer.
3. Check the timing marks on the camshafts. The marks should be aligned with the surfaces of the cylinder head.
4. If the timing marks are not aligned, loosen the camshaft gear bolts and rotate the camshafts until the marks align.
5. Tighten the camshaft gear bolts.
6. Replace the valve covers.
