1. Disconnect the vacuum line from the turbo actuator.
2. Remove the bolts securing the turbo actuator to the turbocharger.
3. Remove the turbo actuator from the turbocharger.
4. Inspect the turbo actuator for damage or wear. Replace the actuator if necessary.
5. Position the new or repaired actuator onto the turbocharger and secure it with the bolts removed in step 2.
6. Reattach the vacuum line.
7. Clear any diagnostic trouble codes from the vehicle's computer.
8. Road test the vehicle to verify proper operation of the turbocharger and actuator.
