The fuse box for the 2004 Thunderbird is located in the driver's side footwell. To access the fuse box, open the driver's side door and remove the plastic panel that is located under the steering wheel. The fuse box will be located behind this panel.

A/C Clutch Fuse
The A/C clutch fuse is located in the first position of the fuse box diagram. This fuse is responsible for powering the A/C clutch, which is a component of the air conditioning system. If this fuse is blown, the A/C will not work.
