Where is the brake light switch located on a 1987 ford thunderbird?

The brake light switch is located on the brake pedal arm, just above the pedal pivot point. It is held in place by a single bolt. To remove the switch, simply unbolt it and pull it out of the pedal arm. Be careful not to lose the small spring that is located behind the switch.
