Note: When assembling the forks, always fill the oil up to the top of the inner tubes. This is because when you insert the fork tubes into the lower triple clamp, the air trapped inside the tubes will compress the oil and cause the level to drop. If you do not fill the tubes to the top, there will not be enough oil to properly lubricate the fork seals and internals, which can lead to premature wear and failure.
