- Bobcat T190 service manual
- New hydraulic oil (type and quantity specified in the service manual)
- Oil drain pan
- Funnel
- Wrench
- Safety glasses
Step 2: Prepare the Bobcat T190.
- Park the Bobcat T190 on a level surface.
- Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
- Engage the parking brake.
- Chock the wheels.
- Raise the loader arms to their highest position.
- Locate the hydraulic oil drain plug on the bottom of the hydraulic oil tank.
- Place the oil drain pan under the drain plug.
Step 3: Drain the hydraulic oil.
- Use the wrench to loosen the hydraulic oil drain plug.
- Allow the hydraulic oil to drain into the oil drain pan.
- Wait until all of the hydraulic oil has drained out of the tank.
Step 4: Reinstall the hydraulic oil drain plug.
- Once all of the hydraulic oil has drained out of the tank, reinstall the hydraulic oil drain plug.
- Tighten the drain plug until it is snug.
Step 5: Add new hydraulic oil.
- Use the funnel to add new hydraulic oil to the hydraulic oil tank.
- Add the amount of hydraulic oil specified in the service manual.
- Check the hydraulic oil level using the dipstick.
- Add more hydraulic oil if necessary to bring the level to the full mark.
Step 6: Check for leaks.
- Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes.
- Look for any leaks around the hydraulic oil drain plug and hydraulic oil tank.
- If you find any leaks, tighten the drain plug or hydraulic oil tank until the leak stops.
