1. Locate the fuel filter. It is usually located near the fuel tank, under the van.
2. Use a wrench to loosen the two bolts that hold the fuel filter in place.
3. Disconnect the fuel lines from the filter. There are two fuel lines, one on each side of the filter. Use a wrench to loosen the nuts that hold the fuel lines in place, and then pull the lines off of the filter.
4. Remove the fuel filter. Once the fuel lines and bolts are disconnected, you can remove the fuel filter.
5. Install the new fuel filter. Reverse the steps above to install the new fuel filter. Make sure that the fuel lines are securely connected, and that the bolts are tightened snugly.
