The fuse box that houses the cigarette lighter on the Toyota Alphard is located on the passenger side of the vehicle, underneath the dashboard. To access it, you will need to:
1. Open the passenger side door.
2. Locate the fuse box cover. It is a black plastic cover with a diagram of the fuse layout on the inside.
3. Remove the fuse box cover.
4. Locate the fuse for the cigarette lighter. It is labeled "CIG."
5. Check the fuse to see if it is blown. If the fuse is blown, it will be broken or discolored.
6. If the fuse is blown, replace it with a new fuse of the same amperage.
7. Reinstall the fuse box cover and close the passenger side door.
