1. Check the battery. Make sure the battery is properly connected and has enough power. You can test the battery with a voltmeter.
2. Check the spark plug. Remove the spark plug and check for spark. If there is no spark, replace the spark plug.
3. Check the fuel line. Make sure the fuel line is not kinked or blocked. You can also check the fuel filter to see if it is clogged.
4. Check the carburetor. Clean the carburetor and make sure it is properly adjusted.
5. Check the air filter. Clean the air filter and make sure it is not blocked.
6. Check the recoil starter. Make sure the recoil starter is properly engaged.
7. Check the throttle cable. Make sure the throttle cable is properly connected and not damaged.
8. Check the fuel pump Make sure the fuel pump has power and is sending fuel to the engine.
9. Check the engine compression Make sure the engine has compression by pulling on the pull starter with the spark plugs removed. If there is no compression, the engine may need to be rebuilt.
If you have checked all of these things and the Ski-Doo still won't start, you may need to take it to a professional for further diagnosis.
