4) Jack up the vehicle and remove the underbody shield and disconnect fuel lines.
5) Locate the fuel filter, which is a black cylindrical-shaped object located near the fuel tank.
6) Remove the old fuel filter.
7) Install the new fuel filter.
8) Reconnect the fuel lines.
9) Replace the underbody shield.
10) Lower the vehicle and start the engine.
11) Check for leaks.
