Where is the starter relay located on a 1990 240sx because i cant find it in either of fuse boxes under hood?

There isn't a separate starter relay on the 240sx. The starter solenoid is mounted on the starter itself, and is actuated by the ignition switch through the starter relay circuit in the under-hood fuse box.
