To remove the filter:
1. Remove the fuel lines from the filter. Do this by pulling down on the locking clip and pulling the line off.
2. Unscrew the fuel filter from the fuel housing by turning it counterclockwise.
3. Remove the old gasket and filter, and install a new gasket.
4. Thread the new filter into the fuel housing by turning it clockwise until hand-tight.
5. Reattach the fuel lines to the filter. Make sure the lines are pushed in all the way until the locking clip snaps into place.
6. Start the engine and check for leaks.
