How do you remove cylinder head on Renault traffic?

Tools needed:

- Socket set

- Allen key set

- Torque wrench

- Flathead screwdriver

- Pliers

Instructions:

1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

2. Remove the engine cover.

3. Remove the air filter housing.

4. Remove the fuel injector connectors.

5. Remove the spark plug wires.

6. Remove the exhaust manifold.

7. Remove the intake manifold.

8. Remove the timing chain cover.

9. Remove the front cover of the cylinder head.

10. Remove the camshafts.

11. Remove the cylinder head bolts.

12. Carefully lift the cylinder head off of the engine block.

Be sure to replace the cylinder head gasket before reassembling the engine.

To reassemble the engine, simply follow the instructions in reverse order.

Tips:

- If you have any difficulty removing the cylinder head bolts, you can use a penetrating oil to loosen them up.

- Be sure to torque the cylinder head bolts to the correct specification.

This is a difficult repair that requires a good understanding of engine mechanics. If you are not comfortable performing this repair, it is best to have it done by a qualified mechanic.
