1. Loosen the tensioner pulley. The tensioner pulley is located on the front of the engine, near the top. It is a black pulley with a spring-loaded arm. Use the 13 mm socket wrench to loosen the bolt that holds the tensioner pulley in place.

2. Remove the serpentine belt. Once the tensioner pulley is loosened, you can remove the serpentine belt. To do this, simply grab the belt with your hands and pull it off of the pulleys.

3. Install the new serpentine belt. Start by routing the new serpentine belt around the pulleys in a clockwise direction. Make sure that the belt is seated properly in all of the pulleys.

4. Tension the serpentine belt. Once the serpentine belt is installed, you need to tension it. To do this, use the 16 mm socket wrench and ratchet to turn the tensioner pulley bolt clockwise. Tighten the tensioner pulley bolt until the belt is snug.

5. Check the serpentine belt tension. Once the tensioner pulley bolt is tightened, you should check the serpentine belt tension. To do this, use the flat-head screwdriver to pry up on the serpentine belt. The belt should deflect about 1/2 inch (12.7 mm) when you pry up on it.

6. Start the engine and check for leaks. Once the serpentine belt is tensioned, you can start the engine. Check for any leaks around the serpentine belt. If there are any leaks, tighten the tensioner pulley bolt until the leaks stop.
