Types of vehicles:

* C - Truck
* D - Bus/Truck, over 10,000 lbs.
* F - Truck tractor
* G - Truck over 10,000 lbs., 6 or fewer wheels
* H - Truck tractor, over 10,000 lbs.
* K - Bus
* L - Motorcycle/scooter
* M - Passenger vehicle

5th character (Check Digit)
