2. Locate the fuse box. It is usually located under the dashboard, to the left of the steering wheel.
3. Open the fuse box cover.
4. Find the fuse labeled "door chime." It is usually a 10-amp fuse.
5. Remove the fuse.
6. Close the fuse box cover.
7. Test the door chime by opening and closing the driver's side door. The door chime should not sound.
