How do you a front wheel camber alignment?

To perform a front wheel camber alignment, you will need the following tools:

* A camber gauge

* A tape measure

* A wrench

* A jack

* A jack stand

1. Park your vehicle on a level surface. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.

2. Place the jack stands under the vehicle, one on each side, behind the front wheels.

3. Jack up the vehicle until the front wheels are off the ground.

4. Place the camber gauge on the wheel, making sure that it is centered on the wheel.

5. Read the camber measurement on the gauge. The camber should be within the manufacturer's specifications, which can be found in the vehicle owner's manual.

6. If the camber is out of specification, you will need to adjust it. To do this, loosen the bolts that hold the upper control arm in place.

7. Use the wrench to turn the adjusting nut until the camber is within specification.

8. Tighten the bolts that hold the upper control arm in place.

9. Lower the vehicle back down to the ground.

10. Repeat steps 4-8 for the other front wheel.

Once you have completed the front wheel camber alignment, you should test drive the vehicle to make sure that it drives straight and that the tires are not wearing unevenly.
