1. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position. Do not start the engine.
2. Press and hold the "INFO" button on the radio for at least five seconds. The display will show the serial number of the radio.
3. Write down the serial number. You will need this to contact Audi customer service.

1. Find the owner's manual for your Audi TT. The radio code may be printed inside the manual.
2.Look for a section called "Radio" or "Audio System". The radio code may be listed under this heading.
